Q. Can an MBB massage help with my pain or muscle soreness? A. Massage, diet, and exercise can often help alleviate aches and tension. Talk to your MBB therapist about the type of pain and its cause, and he or she will use the combination of techniques best suited to provide you with relief. Pain may be a result of repetitive movement, age, posture or stress. If you suffer from sudden pain or persistent headaches, consult your doctor.
Full body massage Q. What can I do to make the most of my massage experience? A. Plan some time after the massage to simply relax and enjoy it, rather than rushing off to other activities. Make sure the thermostat is set at a temperature that is comfortable for you. For in-home massage, arrange for at least an hour of time without noise or interruption from the phone, your significant other, kids, pets, etc.
Chair massage Q. Will I need to disrobe before my chair massage? A. No. The fact that you remain fully clothed makes this a great choice for tradeshows and other events. |
